New Regional Director for our Asia offices

We are delighted to welcome Sam Baxendale in the role of Regional Director for our Singapore, Malaysia and Hong Kong offices. Sam has 15 years’ international recruitment and leadership experience across multiple disciplines and geographies. He started his career in London, then subsequently Singapore for 3 years and finally Kuala Lumpur for the last 4 years. His focus over these years has been to build specialisation led teams across areas such as Technology Development, Infrastructure, then subsequently Finance and Business Transformation, and ultimately Digital!

Sam brings a wealth of experience in building high performance teams across different cultures and in terms of developing KAM opportunities with MNCs across multiple industries including FS, FMCG, Tech and on-line service providers. He is very passionate about operating within a values business that has integrity at its core and building excellent working relationships with client stakeholders. He also loves to develop exceptional working cultures where staff feel connected to the brand and part of a journey of personal development that can help them progress in their career.
