  • Act as a thought partner to client leaders and set up processes for customer success using best practices for SaaS
  • Consolidate and analyze data from numerous sources and develop strategic plans that drive results
  • Proactively engage newly on-boarded customers by ensuring that they’re making the most of the platform features
  • Take ownership of accounts and manage their onboarding, success, retention, renewal processes and identify upsell opportunities


  • Minimum 3 years of sales or customer success experience in a SaaS organization
  • Familiarity with advanced analytical techniques such as clustering, decision trees and recommendation systems is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to synthesize large sets of data to draw out insights
  • A proven track record of building rapport and relationships with all levels
