The Role

My client are currently looking for an energetic and entrepreneurial Group Account Director to join their high performing Digital team. You’ll be leading the team focussing on digital projects for Samsung across dotcom, ecommerce and campaign led projects.

You’ll have Digital/Integrated experience, and will be great at building key top table relationships alongside proven skills in business growth, identifying and securing new revenue opportunities. A part of this will involve having a strong presence at the Client offices so we are always front of mind and aware of any opportunities and leading proactive responses above and beyond the remit of briefs.

What the day to day looks like…

· Management of 2 AD’s to ensure that the multiple projects running through the team are on track

· You’ll be working across a number of key projects in the Agency so there will be client management to be done.

· Liaise with other GADs to ensure that all projects are integrated and knowledge is shared between teams.

· Liaison with the Strategy and Creative heads to ensure that projects are progressing and presentations are on track.

Strings to your bow…

· Experience at Group Account Director level, with substantial experience in the advertising / creative industry

· A champion of strong creative work

· Solid experience in integrated agency environments with a technical/digital edge

· A convincing communicator with gravitas; able to forge strong strategic relationships with senior clients

· Strong relationship builder, internally and externally

· Comfortable working with other partner agencies and able to build strong, effective relationships with key players

· Working with Project Management, will need to be able to control fast moving multi-faceted projects

· Proven track record in growing accounts, winning new business/pitches

· Good business and financial acumen including evidence of growing organic business

· A proven ability to build and motivate high achieving team

· Ideally experience of the technology industry

· Experience of working on international business from a global or regional perspective
