They have a large team who have extensive knowledge of maximising impact through inspiring consumers to act at every touch point along their journey to purchase, through whatever channel they choose to engage.

They harness their skills in strategy, idea generation, production and delivery in an end-to-end content solution. They engage and stimulate outcomes through point of sale, packaging, online channels or social media as well as press, broadcast or digital advertising.

They have won some considerable business and are in need of a Group Account Director to lead and develop this large account, spot new opportunities and manage key relationships across EMEA and grow a team around them.


Excellent opportunity for a highly experienced Group Account Director to work with a fantastic agency on a prestigious account.

The Group Account Director will be joining an experienced and expanding business in a senior position, taking on a client facing role, managing a European wide account providing expert account direction and strategy. This value of this new business will double in size so a self-motivated and self-managed individual would be ideal for this great position.

The company is looking for a highly experienced, personable group account director, with European experience preferred but not essential, preferably from a creative, content or design agency.

The key day-to-day tasks of the Senior Account Director include:

  • Experience of working on large content campaigns across the UK and EU markets
  • Account direction and strategy input
  • Client liaison and account management
  • Solution provision for clients and problem solving
  • Ready to build a team of around 7-8 around them.


Key attributes of the Group Account Director include:

  • Experience as a Senior Account Director, Group Account Director or Client Partner managing UK and European accounts
  • French language speaking favourable
  • Extremely competent in a client facing position, friendly, personable and calm under pressure
  • Ambition, innovation and imagination are vital qualities of the Group Account Director
  • Track record of success with high-level accounts, as well as management of KPI’s and service level agreements
