Their unique banking application and card broke Crowdcubes’ record of total equity raised hitting £4 million in a single campaign from 1,200 investors. And now, their inviting a top-notch Front End/WordPress developer to join their journey and enter the next phase of growth.

They offer a very entrepreneurial environment and flat structure with a lot of scope to lead your projects, learn and grow your skills.

What they’re looking for:
Someone with experience with the following tech: WordPress, WordPress Plugins, PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML – all that good stuff. UX/UI design skills are also a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete ownership of the WordPress website including the development and maintenance of new pages, new media features, new surveys and marketing forms, new templates etc.
  • Internationalisation of our website (experience in that area is a plus).
  • Ensure site speed and performance is optimised (there’s a lot of traffic coming their way).
  • Ensure plugins and security patches are up to date.

Requirements:
The success candidate will most likely have:

  • Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of WordPress and associated techniques including PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, HTML.
  • Good knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Good knowledge of packages such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
  • Knowledge of GIT or other Source Code control systems.
