Creative Designer

Global Mid-Weight Designer | C. London | £35k – £40k

I’m working with one of the most exciting and fastest growing brands in the food-tech sector. They have one of the most recognisable brands in the UK and a contemporary creative output that is synonymous with humour.

They are looking for a talented Mid-weight Designer with strong conceptual abilities, a great eye for detail and design skills across digital and print.

It’s an opportunity to create work for marketing campaigns that will be seen by millions across the globe, whilst working in a forward thinking, modern and fast growing organsation with a great head office and highly social team.

Key responsibilities:

• Liaise with Global marketing teams to build creative that delivers against their objectives and develop our online advertising in line with our wider business strategy
• Work closely with The Global Studio team including developers, copywriters to lead the creation of cutting-edge and breakthrough creative ideas across all formats
• Design and create engaging content for digital and print assets
• Produce and ensure our communications are consistent and a key part of a seamless on-brand customer journey across all marketing and advertising touch points
• Identify and initiate improvements to the design and execution of graphics material

Required skills and experience

• Strong portfolio with examples of digital and print assets
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a creative agency or in-house design team
• Experience in small and large-scale projects in digital media and events
• Ability to storyboard or translate ideas to stakeholders and develop innovative design solutions
• Excellent knowledge of layouts, graphic fundamentals, typography & limitations of the web/digital design
• Expert Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
• Be able to demonstrate that you can challenge the status quo as a creative conceptual thinker, and work collaboratively within a highly creative team in order to come up with the best possible solutions
