Digital Designer


Greater London Permanent £45000 - £50000 per annum


This company are a global leader in sports, entertainment, media, and fashion. They operate in more than 25 countries around the world, the company specialises in talent representation, commercial marketing and endorsements, brand licensing, event management, and media production and distribution.

They are growing and fast so we are now seeking an innovative, creative digital designer to lead their conceptual and visual design initiatives across some of EMEA’s greatest sports, fashion, lifestyle and entertainment brands.

Responsibilities include developing high-level design directions for concepts and executing design through production. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience working across various digital platforms.

This role will be to create social and digital media design including web and mobile front end visuals plus creating animated gifs from video content produced inhouse. The ideal candidate will take full initiative in creating new visual solutions to thier digital and social media content strategies.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Create attractive, next-level visual solutions for social and digital content across all of their brands in EMEA
  • Quickly turn around daily assignments in order to meet publishing and sponsorship deadlines
  • Constantly expand understanding of the interplay between image, video and text, especially in social and digital context
  • Development of innovative creative concepts and big ideas
  • Set design directions and deliver meticulous execution
  • Create presentations and templates for decks
  • Design intricate graphics and that are compelling across, and tailored to various social platforms, especially among mobile consumers
  • Constantly research new ideas and contemporary digital/social design trends


  • A degree in fine arts, design, or illustration, with established years of design and strong interactive / digital work experience
  • Design expertise in social media, digital user experience, print and presentation
  • Demonstrated experience working across key digital platforms – desktop, tablet and mobile with a strong portfolio showcasing conceptual design ability
  • Thorough understanding of design theory including principles such as colour, typography, texture, photography and digital user experience
  • Experience working collaboratively across multiple departments
  • Strong communications skills both internally and externally
  • Collaborative personality, passionate and knowledgeable about sports and fashion
  • Proficiency in all industry-standard design applications – Adobe Creative Suite, Keynote, Powerpoint, etc.
  • Understanding of Actionscript, CSS, and HTML, not required but a plus
  • Ability to concisely tell a story visually
  • GIF and animation experience a plus
