Programme Manager – HR Transformation

Are you a seasoned delivery focused Programme Manager? Have you had significant experience working on large scale HR Technology Transformations? Are you able to influence C-Suite level stakeholders, and be the liaison between the technology teams and the Business? One of the largest global financial institutions are implementing SAP SuccessFactors, and they are looking for a highly successful Programme Manager to join them in their Canary Wharf office.

You will lead the UK HR and Organisation Design service lines to meet the company objectives across all regions and entities. You will collaborate with the Regional Head of IT, Country Head of IT and other peer managers, and utilise your experience to provide initiatives and recommendations for best practice to implement SuccessFactors.

Programme Manager – HR Transformation Responsibilities:

  • Monitor solutions, vendor SLA’s, executive, manager and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement
  • Engage directly with business / functional stakeholders to ensure alignment to HR Target Operating model (TOM)
  • Optimise / reduce cost of IT service provision in line with Group strategy / regional targets
  • Provide line management responsibility to direct reports; setting performance targets, monitoring performance, development opportunities
  • Lead and develop an effective global team through communication, performance management, development plans and reward/recognition practices.
  • Manage the performance, development and career progression of all resources under direct control, creating a high performing team with a viable succession plan to ensure a sustainable organisation.

Programme Manager – HR Transformation Requirements:

  • Experienced Programme Manager with demonstrable delivery of large scale HR implementations.
  • Senior stakeholder engagement including C-Suit
  • Proven experience in delivering business transformation through technology solutions
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (ideally) or similar HR ERP
  • Proven project management skills in global, cross business, complex initiatives.
