User Experience Lead – Global Brand – Up to €75k

PURPOSE
Lead a team of talented UX designers to create an unparalleled consumer experience across all digital touch points, with an emphasis on the mobile web.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
· Your main responsibility is to create a constant and premium experience on the website.
· You lead projects from a UX perspective.
· You lead UX designers.
· Make sure our process and way of work is effective.
· Support with people development within the UX team
· Analyze user insights and be able to find the balance between user- and business needs.
· Help product owners with creating the best solution possible.
· Remote, in-house, moderated, un-moderated (formal & informal) usability testing, user research.

KNOWLEDGE SKILLS AND ABILITIES
· Be able to deliver the following based on the project needs: information architecture, user journeys, concepts maps, flows, and sketches/wireframes/prototypes
· Ideally you have experience working within an eCommerce environment
· You have a solid understanding of the web environment, GUI (screen layouts and composition).
· A good working knowledge of HTML & CSS and know what’s possible to achieve across browsers. You know the limitations and advantages. Being able to produce prototypes in HTML is a big plus.

QUALIFICATIONS
· Passionate about UX, it’s not work it’s a way of life (right?!)
· University degree with 7+ years commercial experience as a User Experience Designer.
· A strong portfolio that demonstrates your attention to details and problem solving.
· Must have experience in working with Illustrator and other relevant wire framing tools.
· Helps the team grow by being the go to person on UX topics.
· Fluent English both verbally and written
