Customer Services Manager (Digital / Media / Entertainment) – Global TV Network Business – London

Rate: £200 – £300 per day (initial 3 month contract to permanent hire)

Perm Salary – £30,000 – £40,000

  • My client is the world’s leading media and entertainment companies in the development, production, and marketing of entertainment, news, and information to a global audience. They are looking to recruit a Digital Customer Services Manager.
  • My client is expanding its digital business and they have a very high profile initiative which is very much a direct-to-consumer service, covering multiple countries.
  • This is a truly fantastic opportunity to join a fast growing consumer facing digital business. The Customer Services Manager will be the central person responsible for delivering fantastic customer service and issue management for customers

RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer Services Manager (Digital / Media / Entertainment) – Global TV Network Business – London

  • Manage end to end the customer management workflow
  • Manage numerous stakeholders in core departments across Product, Marketing and Content
  • Manage weekly customer service status meetings with relevant suppliers
  • Be responsible for the management and performance of the customer care team
  • Manage and triage all customer enquires via social media, App reviews and comments
  • Monitor and measure the customer care teams output in order to drive improvements
  • Provide the senior team with regular status reports
  • Maintain, update and create FAQ documentation
  • Create clear and effective customer communication across all consumer touchpoints
  • Manage and develop a tone of voice document
  • Manage and develop customer response templates
  • Implement influencer outreach guidelines


  • 4+ years of customer management experience preferably gained within a digital/media/entertainment business (other industries will be considered with relevant experience)
  • Strong investigation and analysis skills in order proactively find and resolve customer
  • Excellent verbal and written communication


  • Eligible to work in the EU
  • Previous management experience a plus
  • Working knowledge of social media publishing packages
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems preferably Salesforce
  • Fluent written and spoken English
