My client, a comms agency specializing in the health, beauty, and wellness sectors, are looking for a Social Media Account Director to set up and run this brand-new area of the business

You will be taking the lead on all accounts for paid and organic strategy, creative concepts, influencer outreach, and community building.

This is a career defining opportunity for an Account Director to lead on all client accounts and develop innovative, best in class content.

The Role:

· Be fully accountable for the performance and success of client accounts across multiple platforms but primarily Instagram, TikTok and Facebook

· Develop and lead on social strategies and roadmaps for clients

· Oversee and sign off on all creative content and copywriting ensuring brand guidelines and business objectives are met

· Manage and inspire junior members of the team to ensure they are working to their best ability

· Use Facebook Ads to create and monitor campaigns

· Use social listening tools to analyse and report on social media posts and campaigns

· Influencer outreach and management – this is a key growth area and one that might be stand alone in the future

The Person:

· You live and breath social media, and are constantly on top of latest cultural and digital trends

· At least 5 years’ experience managing social media accounts either in-house, or in agency

· Experience managing, leading, and inspiring a team

· Highly approachable and hands on – there’s no job too small

· Skilled at both organic and paid social media management

· Strong copywriting skills with ability to change up TOV for each client

· Ability to use social listening and analytic tools

· Confident at pitching and presenting to clients

· Highly organized with ability to multitask
