A unique opportunity for an ambitious and results driven digital marketer to join a leading consumer brand.

Job Purpose

Oversee all digital activity for the UK business, advocating the use of best practice and inspiring the business to excel in all digital channels.

Main Job Responsibilities:

Planning & Strategy

• Work with the divisional marketing teams to develop and define the digital marketing strategy
• Work with the Business Units to define KPIs for Digital Marketing, leading customer journey mapping and personal development
• Responsible for all digital marketing platforms utilised in the UK market
• Run workshops to create and maintain best-in-class digital practices

Content Creation and Management

• Responsible for the creation and management of all digital content, campaigns and social platforms created by the UK business.
• Support marketing campaigns with the creation of content across multiple channels
• Work closely with Product Managers, external agencies and business unit colleagues to plan and deliver online content and campaigns

The Ideal Candidate:

• Extensive knowledge of digital marketing techniques to increase customer engagement, retention, and improve user experience
• Strong commercial and strategic mindset
• Customer focused
• Experience using Adwords, Google Analytics, Marketo (or similar Marketing Automation)
• Well-developed stakeholder management and influencing skills
• High-energy, brimming with ideas and the drive to make them happen
• Strong project management experience
