My client is a leading telecommunications provider and is part of one of the world’s largest mobile phone companies. With a global brand – this dynamic, forward thinking organisation are making waves within digital and providing customers the most effective and efficient service.

THE ROLE

The Digital department is responsible for optimising the use of Digital Channels for Sales and Service in the brand. The department is all about driving growth, engagement and expansion of our digital audiences to deliver an optimal experience on each and every visit. Our teams are split across the full customer lifecycle from Prospect through to Retention and work with the Marketing, Commercial and Operations teams within the company to deliver the best possible self-service Sales and Support experience for our customers through an Agile delivery approach.

This role sits within our “Drive” team and is pivotal to the success of our digital ambitions. You will be responsible for the agreement and management of our online audience segmentation strategy, developing the onsite part of the Data Management Programme in collaboration with our wider marketing teams. The candidate must be truly collaborative, working within our matrix organisation and clearly able to set a vision and take customers and stakeholders along with them.

You will be a subject matter expert in Adobe Audience Manager and a clear communicator, able to work with our Off-shore teams to build successful audience management campaigns. You will also need to accurately identify and convey trends and new opportunities to senior manager audiences and the wider business alike.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Shape and drive the Online execution of the DMP strategy with our Data Marketing and Operations teams;
  • Work with our Offshore team to size and build audiences within our DMP
  • Collaborate with our Brand, Partners, and Digital Lifecycle Stage teams to execute tagging implementation to enable personalisation of our content and to generate reporting and insights
  • Identify analytical opportunities to drive insights and work with Stakeholders to further evolve the DMP strategy;
  • Presentations to internal and external teams of the benefits being driven by the DMP

Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

  • Experience of working in a Digital Marketing environment including content planning and segmentation;
  • Evidence of managing senior stakeholders to influence decisions;
  • Ability to generate Customer insight and to problem solve
  • Strong commercial and analytical skills to provide volume forecasts into estate planning
  • Broad knowledge of Digital marketing to include campaign management, content-targeting, SEO and multi-variate testing;
  • Ideally educated to Degree Level
  • Candidates with a professional diploma in a relevant discipline from a recognised Professional body (e.g. IDM, DMI, CIM etc) will be preferred
  • Experience of working in telecoms industry (desirable).
