The Company
My client, based in Maidenhead, is a financial services group who are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to join a global specialist insurer who provide life insurance products directly to consumers in both the US and UK markets.

The Role
The Paid Media Manager will predominantly be focusing on PPC activity. A portion of the role will be supporting an executive in non-paid media activities such as lead generation and affiliates.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Implement and execute PPC, display and VOD media plans to deliver forecast leads within agreed budgets
  • Work closely with paid social executive to deliver weekly and monthly targets and KPI’s
  • Implement and report on Test and Learn programmes
  • Work with the customer journey and creative team to make suggestions and improvements on landing pages
  • Manage execution of all campaigns
  • Support other marketing channels as requested
  • Work with wider marketing team to ensure co-ordination of integrated campaigns

Please ONLY apply if you possess the following:

  • Extensive knowledge of paid media performance media, with 3 – 5 years’ experience in a high volume B2C or digital agency environment, preferably a Paid Media Agency
  • Significant PPC (Adwords / Bing Ad Center), Display, VOD experience (gained working for a media agency, technology vendor or publisher)
  • Management of online traffic and conversion plans
  • Proven history of successful delivery of large, complex direct response and generic search focused PPC and awareness display and video-on-demand campaigns
  • Use of competitor monitoring and business intelligence tools to drive optimized performance
  • Retargeting/remarketing experience
  • Experience in reporting, tracking and analytics including but not limited to GA/Adwords/DCM
  • Deep understanding of Google Tag Manager
  • Detailed experience of digital creative development and production, of data analysis and customer targeting, of test and learn strategies, and of campaign execution
  • Analytical, numerate and commercially-minded
