One of the UK’s leading creative agencies is seeking a talented CRM Manager to work onsite at one of their clients. This is a brand-new position, working on a brand new account in the animal care sector!

The Role:
Reporting into the Head of CRM, the CRM Manager will be responsible for:

• Creating customer segmentation models to maximise business performance
• Manage the CRM content plan and calendar
• Work closely with the wider marketing team on CRM content
• Provide insight for brand and marketing planning
• Plan, manager and deliver CRM strategy and manage budgets
• Analyse and report on campaigns effectiveness in terms of traffic, acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue

To apply for this role you must:

• Previous experience in CRM, ideally withing an agency, consumer, retail or tech business
• Experience in the development and implementation of successful CRM strategy
• The ideal candidate will have experience of Dotmailer /Power BI
• Project management and analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of market segmentation
• Proven ability to improve customer engagement
