With 18 million customers and growing the aim of loyalty team is to drive significant sales and profit with additionally supporting product growth opportunities with the direct marketing program.

The Customer Analytics team, work across the business looking at different parts of the customer journey. They are increasingly at the forefront of decision-making, taking part in every aspect.


  • Customer selection and analytics approach, analysing and interpreting information gained and to formulate new recommendations and solutions to improve increasing levels of effectiveness.
  • Design and plan the targeting of loyalty marketing offers running selections of customers to encourage loyalty and incremental spend
  • Forecast, monitor and review the performance of our activity, keeping senior Marketing, Finance and other commercial stakeholders engaged
  • Drive understanding of the success of a campaign, thinking of the balance between sales and profit driven ROI and make recommendations accordingly
  • Run and Manage regular reporting and post-campaign analysis for our campaigns, delivering actionable insights and recommendations so as improve the work we do
  • Work closely with other Marketing colleagues and help develop new programs using appropriate analytical and statistical techniques, software and data sources to develop models of customer behavior

Candidate requirements:

  • Experience in development of targeting and customer selections within campaign management tools
  • Knowledge of SPSS, Excel, and analytical techniques. Experience of SQL or Tableau is preferred
  • Experience of Regression Modelling, CHAID or Clustering
  • Degree qualified or equivalent, in a numerical discipline, for example, Mathematics, Statistics or Economics
