Head of Field Marketing, EMEA – M4 Corridor – up to £125K plus Bonus

ROLE OVERVIEW

The Senior Field Marketing Manager EMEA is responsible for managing a team of Field Marketing Managers across Europe, where you will lead the team for all marketing activities across the region. The individual needs to define, create and execute the tactical marketing plans and strategy to drive the required ROI and metrics for success to ensure the continued growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of Field marketing managers across Europe
  • Lead role for all marketing activities and results
  • Ensure effective planning and running of the activities
  • Collecting reports, tracking results
  • Providing guidelines and advice in order for all countries to achieve targets
  • Ensure effective collaboration and best practices sharing between different countries
  • Acts as a “connector” between EMEA and the Countries
  • Helps EMEA to identify best practices as well as areas for improvements
  • Ensures pro-active best practice adoption and correction of error activities

About You:

  • Higher Education or equivalent qualification
  • At least 8-10 years B2B marketing experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience with SaaS (software vendor experience is a preference)
  • Fluent English
  • Solid Field Marketing experience across EMEA
  • Sound understanding of the marketing mix
  • Strong proven team management experience in a similar fast-paced, highly-driven workplace
  • Be a natural Marketing leader
  • Team Player – must focus on winning as a team rather than individually
  • Full Driving License and the ability to travel
  • Active and reliable, self-starter
