Marketing & Communications Manager

My client, a global brand, is on the hunt for a marketing and communications specialist with strong internal comms and broad marketing experience to support the change management team through a big year of internal transformations.

Day to day responsibilities

• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns for their internal channels.
• Collaborate with marketing vendor and other professionals to coordinate awareness and marketing efforts.
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (internal social media like platforms, e-mail.)
• Consult in analysing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
• Undertake individual tasks of a marketing plan as assigned.
• Develop and implement a communication plans as per the project timelines.
• Execute communication content for the projects via email, yammer, intranet and other internal channels.
• Adhere to the company’s style guide, ensuring that we produce high-quality and error-free copy.
• Translate technical communication into user friendly manner.
• Advise and evaluate on results of communication campaigns with the team.

Role details

Duration: 6 Months

Location: Bavaria, Germany

Daily Rate: 300-500 Euros a day

Start: ASAP ideally, with some flex for the right profile
