Marketing Executive (Demand Generation) – London – £23-28K plus Bonus


My client is a West Coast based tech start-up that produces mobile events apps! Already they have worked with some of the world’s biggest brands (think Google, Facebook and Amazon to name but a few)…

To date, they have achieved 7m downloads. With a rapidly growing following, they are keen to expand their bid for global domination in Europe.


As Marketing Executive you will have freedom to be creative with one super-important goal: lead generation. You will be supporting the marketing team to create new leads which can be passed to the sales team, through internal events, trade shows and outbound campaigns.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Support the EMEA marketing team with all activities, and partner with the US marketing team to leverage resources to create comprehensive programs that drive leads
  • Look in creative places for new leads, devise effective ways of capturing their attention, and consult with them to determine whether it makes sense for them to consider the brand’s solutions
  • You will be compensated on the number of opportunities you generate, as well as the dollar amount of new sales that are closed because of accounts you bring in.

The job holder must have:

  • You have 1+ years of experience working with clients, preferably in a sales or account management capacity.
  • You have demonstrated entrepreneurial/scrappy tendencies in another endeavour
  • A minimum of a 2:1 degree in Marketing, Business or similar
  • Marketing experience ideally within a B2B environment, where you have used a CRM system such as Salesforce, Marketo, Eloqua etc.
  • You have an intrinsic drive to be successful. We are a fast-growing company, and need people who will take initiative to “figure it out” and take ownership to be successful in the role
  • You are a team player. Everyone needs to pull for each other, share best practices, and take on team projects to make the entire organization better. Everyone needs to overachieve against their quota for the team to hit its goals.
