Head of Digital Personalisation | Contract | 6 Months+ | Global Brand | ASAP Start

This is an exciting opportunity for someone to join a global leading consumer electronics brand as they develop their online presence.

As the Head of Digital Personalisation, you will work closely with UX, Content, CRM, Analytics and leadership teams to deliver a personalised, meaningful, premium experience across multiple channels – website, mobile, social, email, app, chat and media to drive incremental growth for the business. The team will be delivering high value digital propositions to the consumer at the right time in their path to purchase.

Working with the leadership team you will help define the strategy of the customer experience across all products and channels, including B2B and B2C, and will have direct accountability to implement a personalisation strategy for the global site. The personalisation strategy will be driven by data driven behaviours. Key objectives are to drive a higher NPS across digital touch points, increasing conversation, average basket value and revenue, as well as and delivering more personalised experiences based on segmentations and profile data to improve all customer journeys.

Skills and Experience

  • Experience in a digital customer experience role (from a client-side digital role or digital agency/consultancy), comfortable operating at a senior level
  • Experience with key personalisation technologies and analytical techniques
  • Track record of experience in the innovation and design of new digital technologies/ digital initiatives / digital innovations e.g. Apps, platforms etc.
  • Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud
  • Working knowledge of European data privacy laws
  • Working knowledge of the marketing / ad-tech ecosystem
  • Experience managing a team of experienced CX professionals
  • Experience working in a change environment
  • Experience in designing digital products/digital propositions
  • Strong project management skills
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Considerable experience of leading people to deliver marketing programs through teams, working at a regional level and effectively communicating value propositions with global and local stakeholders
  • Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task successfully and operate within budgetary and timeline constraints
  • Demonstrated business results from delivering on-time and managing to large marketing budgets
  • Presented frequently to executives to gain widespread support for change management initiatives to seek investment that delivers growth
  • An ability to connect with people, using a range of influence skills to drive results
  • A passion for technology
