Head of European B2B Solutions (Propositions) – Surrey – up to £85K plus Bonus


My client is one of the largest tech consumer brands globally. Since their inception in the late 60s, they have grown into a global IT leader, managing more than 200 subsidiaries. Whilst their brand perception goes from strength to strength, there’s never been a better time to join!


Part sales, part evangelist, part strategist this exciting role will focus on the development and growth of the Solutions portfolio across the European business.

The role owner will act as the lead Proposition owner for B2B Solutions and also lead the strategic priority for growth in the Financial Services sector.

The role will entail working at Senior levels directly with the subsidiary sales teams and Heads of the B2B business units, European Product Management team, and HQ Partnership and Product teams. As well as engaging at senior levels with the third-party solution & service partners to drive positive outcomes to benefits the strategies of each company. Where required end-customer and channel partner engagement will be required working in parallel with the subsidiaries.

This leader required for is role, needs to have a strategic mind-set and track records well as the ability to deliver results through other teams, operating in a complex, international matrix organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive Go-to-Market strategy and business case for the Solutions portfolio of products in Europe, creating a foundation in which the business can scale.
  • Build the strategy, business case and KPIs for the Solutions propositions, partner landscape and competitive positioning to reinforce a robust strategy for launch in the UK market
  • Lead the creation of pan-European community for the implementation and launch of the Solutions and Finance portfolio to obtain consensus to the strategy and to support the European team and local markets sales of the propositions
  • Lead and set direction for the Finance Customer Advisory Board
  • Drive the European Finance Flagship Programme and define action plans for growth
  • Co-ordinate and facilitate the European Finance KAM Community
  • Launch new Solution Portfolio Program and manage the quarterly cycle and inclusion
  • Develop pan-European sales propositions with Solutions partners which have aligned objectives, GTM plans, subsidiary engagement and the related pan-European business development in partnership with the other subsidiaries
  • Represent the brand for these activities to senior levels in all business, analysts and where required media
  • Develop Solutions propositions to meet the market needs, which may include vertical markets e.g. Financial, Government, Healthcare, Enterprise, SMB, and educate the subsidiary sales teams and resellers on these value propositions.
  • Identify and engage with key partners to elevate the brand’s Solutions value propositions and enhance the relevance in the market.


  • At least 10 years of mobility solutions sales/development experience, with a focus on building and executing multi-tiered, go to market strategies and programs
  • The ability to plan, organise, and prioritise multiple projects, sales, and simultaneous performance objectives
  • Strong drive and ability to work in a matrix organization and virtual teams
  • The ability to demonstrate leadership to deliver results through others from a broad range of functions within the business
  • Experience of the B2B market, including product & proposition, technical understanding of solutions, business development and sales management experience in the enterprise sector (channel and end customer ideally)
  • Proven track record in identifying, creating, selling & marketing mobility solutions, to a range of B2B markets e.g. SMB to large Enterprise organisations
  • Working with third partners at a strategic and Senior level to define and execute mutually successful programs that drive solution sales based revenue
  • Experience working in a regional role working in a matrix structure and virtual teams
  • Sales & Marketing experience in at least 3 large European markets.
