The Client
My client is an online property investment company set up and led by industry experts. They are looking to revolutionise the way people invest.

The Role
As Marketing Director you will be an integral part of the executive team driving the business forward, involved in key decision making, reporting to the CEO and board when necessary. You will need to be a hands-on professional whose main responsibilities will be to devise and implement marketing strategy, and manage third party relationships, budget control and recruitment.

Main Job Responsibilities

• Devising a go to market strategy and executing it.
• Management of all marketing channels which will include managing the internal team and selecting, briefing and managing third party agencies.
• All communications including blog/market commentary section of website, transactional and marketing communications, management of PR agencies communications.
• Building a team over time to support a growing business across all marketing channels is essential.

Key Skills and Experience

• Minimum 10 years marketing experience across a range of marketing channels, including Digital media, Direct Marketing, PR, B2B partnerships.
• Experienced marketing financial services is essential, marketing online gaming or property is preferred but not essential.
• Start-up experience would be great but not necessary. Willingness to work in a start-up environment is crucial.
