This company is a household name; over the last few years they have been driving digital adoption and launched a number of new innovative digital products resulting in a mass of unharnessed customer data.

The primary remit of the role is to provide strategic analytical insight using specialist digital analytical platforms to digital teams.

Additionally, you will

• Provide deep analytical insight into customer behaviour across app and web
• Recommend improvements to customer experience/journeys, commercial performance and drive ongoing improvement in core Customer Operations objectives
• Guide the product and development teams in building the right product and feature set through rigorous data analysis
• Leverage specialist digital analytical tools to understand onsite behaviour, e.g. click through rates, heat maps, conversion analysis. Ensure Digital Operations remains at the leading edge of industry practice for digital analytics

You will have a proven ability to translate data into actionable insight – a track record of leveraging digital analytics to support commercial decision making at highest enterprise levels

Use of multiple tools (e.g. Webtrends, Google Analytics, Adobe Sitecatalyst)
Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, advanced Excel a necessity, and
knowledge of SQL preferred
