Remit – Web Analytics, Channel Optimisation & Customer Analytics

This is a newly formed role and has been created to bring together 3 analytics functions, you will manage a team of 6 across Web, Channel & Customer Analytics. You do not need to necessarily have hands-on experience across all 3 areas but be an expert in one and have strong knowledge across the others.

The role

• Full strategic ownership and development of the data, analytics & optimistaion strategy globally
• Making sure strategy is aligned with digital, customer experience and commercial
• Lead all digital improvements for marketing channels
• Using data to provide recommendations across the wider business creating a single customer view

You will have

• 6+ years of Analytics experience across either Web, Channel or Customer Analytics
• Line management experience of at least a team of 3
• Be an excellent communicator and be able to pull data together to tell the story
• Experience in either GA or Adobe Analytics
• Proven working experience in Data Analytics
