Business Development Manager – DACH

Advertising Technology & Media Sales

Europe Permanent €50000 - €70000 per annum

Key responsibilities include:
* Segment and map out the market, creating a BD strategy
* Develop new business opportunities with direct advertisers or agencies.
* Promote the business at events, conferences and evangelise the products and offerings within the programmatic and media community.
* Develop a business development pipeline
* Manage all pre & post sales activities including; pitching, presentations, deal negotiations, mapping out client objectives and managing the hand-over to the internal stakeholders.
* Understand client and market needs and thus communicating back to the business management to adjust product offering

Key experience needed;
* 2+ years in programmatic sales or at least digital performance sales
* End-to-end sales cycle experience from pitching – invoicing.
* Entrepreneurial approach to business development with good knowledge of the DACH market.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills
* Fluent German
* Proficient in Microsoft office and preferably Salesforce
* Passion for digital/programmatic media and a positive, solution focused attitude
* Good listening and questioning skills with strong interpretation skills
* Strong work ethic with tenacious track record
