Time & Attendance SaaS products – Implementation Consultant

Salt has been working closely with a rapidly expanding HCM SaaS company to build their UK Professional Services Team to support their continuing growth and success.

The team so far consists of very talented techno-functional consultants specialising in payroll and HR software implementations. To complete the team, we are looking for consultants to work specifically with their Time and Attendance product.

The company has recently received substantial investment and has been hiring right across the board in the UK. They have a fantastic, in-house developed product portfolio and an ambitious Sales Team, this company has been winning exciting pieces of business and making waves in the UK HCM scene.

With a backlog of implementations with existing customers and enterprise scale projects in the pipeline, we are looking for experienced, full life cycle consultants who understand the complexities of T&A / WFM products and can approach an implementation from a technical and consultative perspective.

You will need experience;

  • Working with SAAS T&A software provider
  • Working as part of a team successfully implementing T&A Projects to customers with 500-5000 employees
  • Working from Discovery to Go Live / Handover to Live Support
  • Addressing Data Migration issues during project
  • With Roster / Scheduling / WFM implementations
  • Leading Teams of Consultants during project life cycle
  • Successfully Mentoring less tenured employees
  • Working on client site with T&A / Payroll / HR teams

This role is home based with frequent travel – we anticipate you will be on customer site 2 / 3 days a week so must be very comfortable in a customer facing role, have the ability to communicate to both a technical and non-technical audience and a proven track record of presentation skills.

This is an opportunity to join a fresh and driven team, all from impressive backgrounds, all dedicated to achieve the vision of market leaders in the HCM SaaS space.

Although expanding a fast pace, you’ll still have a voice at an individual level with plenty of room for career progression and development as the company continues to grow. Very competitive salaries on offer with a bonus scheme and full benefits – if you’d be interested in learning more, do get in touch today!
