Programme Manager – CX/ eCommerce – Global Digital Agency – London

The Company

A Global Digital Agency at the forefront of cutting-edge Digital Commerce transformations for leading Retailers & Brands worldwide. At an exciting time in their growth, the Agency continues to deliver end-to-end eCommerce and Customer Experience solutions for Retailers whilst also building on their service offering with innovative first-of-its-kind projects at major CPG & FMCG brands.

The Role

Thanks to continued growth and demand from their customer base, an exciting opening has arisen for a Programme Manager to join the team in London. Responsible for one of their flagship customers (a very well-known Global Brand), the Programme Manager will play a varied business-focused role leading client services, project management, senior-level relationship management and strategic advice:

  • Bring subject matter expertise around online retail, omni-channel customer experience and associated processes

  • At ease leading a large multi-million £ portfolio of projects ideally in the Retail eCommerce / Digital Commerce industry
  • Proven project & programme management pedigree with the ability to lead geographically dispersed project teams
