The Company

An exciting pre-IPO SaaS Marketing Technology Vendor with an inspirational leadership team and strong financial backing. Already recognised as an Industry Leader in their space, this organisation is growing from strength to strength having recently raised a significant round of VC funding. Their pioneering SaaS technology platform is used by an ever-expanding global list of customers in the retail eCommerce industry.

The Role

Thanks to continued growth and success, an opening has arisen for a superstar Sales Operations Manager to join the team to develop the systems, tools & processes needed to create a global centre of excellence that will directly enhance the performance of the sales teams globally.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • As a key member of Sales Operations & Enablement, develop new & existing processes to drive productivity and effectiveness across the Sales teams
  • Identify process improvements, automate and integrate workflows in Salesforce, playing a key role in global roll outs of new processes
  • Run reports and own dashboards for key metrics
  • Take a lead role in strategic projects improving account management, CPQ and commercial effectiveness
  • Continuous improvement of reporting tools (QlikView, Salesforce)


The successful Sales Operations Manager will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience excelling in a similar role as a Sales Operations Manager in a SaaS environment, or maybe you are a Senior Analyst ready to make the step up into a more strategic role
  • It goes without saying that you will be an expert Salesforce user!
  • Understanding of the SaaS model and sales cycles required
  • Experience working in head office or for an autonomous region where you have owned complex process creation from concept through to adoption (not just replicated existing processes)
  • Highly analytical individual with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet critical deadlines in a high pressure environment whilst maintaining a sense of humour!
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global organisation preferred
