Account Manager (Customer Success) – Marketing Technology – London

The Company

One of the most exciting SaaS Marketing Technology Platform’s of 2016! A Digital Marketing Platform with unique capabilities across personalisation, content & real-time messaging. Currently in super high-growth mode across EMEA, their customer list includes many Top Global Brands, with a strong foothold in the eCommerce & Retail industry.

The Role

Thanks to continued growth and success, a new opening has arisen for a Strategic Account Manager (Customer Success) to join the dynamic EMEA Account Management team. The Account Manager will play a strategically important role, supporting and nurturing relationships with key EMEA customers as well taking ownership of day-to-day processes and support:

  • Be the assigned point of contact for key accounts
  • Relationship management: build strong, consultative relationships and create trust with key customer stakeholders
  • Identify ways to improve digital marketing strategies through the SaaS product and feedback product suggestions internally
  • Consulting: be a Digital Marketing Expert applying best practice throughout your portfolio
  • Project Management: lead multiple projects simultaneously across customer’s email marketing strategies

The Candidate

The successful Account Manager will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong desire to work in a client relationship/account management role responsible for long-term customer success
  • Previous experience building & nurturing relationships with Digital Marketing teams: previous roles might include Account Manager; Relationship Manager; Partner Manager; Customer Success; Consulting; Client Services; Solution Consultant, Onboarding/Implementation
  • Expert understanding of SaaS Marketing Technology platforms with a good knowledge of Email Marketing/Marketing Automation
  • Some technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, Javascript would be beneficial (but not essential)
  • Strategic & consultative individual who is able to build trusted relationships
  • Energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech environment
  • Degree educated from a recognised university
