Already recognised as an Industry Leader in their space, their leading Customer Engagement/Marketing Technology platform is used by an ever-expanding global list of customers across multiple industries.

The Role

Thanks to continued growth and success, a new opening has arisen for an experienced Account Director/Senior Customer Success Manager to join the dynamic EMEA Account Management team. The Account Director will play a strategically important role, predominantly supporting and nurturing the relationship with one key customer:

  • Be the assigned point of contact for one of the organisation’s largest and most strategic customers globally
  • Relationship management: oversee the relationship and create trust with key customer stakeholders
  • Review meetings, creating roadmaps and strategy review
  • Identify ways to improve services and feedback product suggestions internally
  • Identify and pursue cross-sell & upsell opportunities to enable portfolio growth
  • Project Management: oversee all projects relating to the customer to ensure a superior customer experience

The Candidate

The successful Account Director/Customer Success Director will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong desire to work in a client relationship/commercial account management role responsible for long-term customer success
  • Previous experience building & nurturing relationships with enterprise-level customers: previous roles might include Account Director; Relationship Manager; Partner Manager; Customer Success; Consulting; Client Services; Pre-Sales; Business Development
  • Good understand of SaaS Marketing technology platforms in any of the following industries: eCommerce; Web Analytics; Digital Marketing; Email Marketing; Marketing Automation; CRM; Social
  • Strategic & consultative individual who is able to build trusted relationship, but also commercially-savvy with the aptitude to own the commercial relationship
  • Energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech environment
  • Degree educated from a recognised university
  • Must be happy with 50% international travel
