The Company

An exciting pre-IPO SaaS Vendor with an inspirational leadership team and strong financial backing. Having just secured a new round of funding, this organisation is on a rapid growth trajectory and going from strength to strength. Their pioneering SaaS technology platform is used by an ever-expanding global list of SME, mid-market & enterprise customers.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an energetic Customer Success Manager to join the expanding Customer Success Team in West London. This team is focused on long-term customer success, acting as customer advocates and product specialist, driving product adoption through onboarding & training whilst bridging the gap between sales, delivery & support teams.

The Candidate

The Customer Success Manager will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer success or consultative account management in a SaaS environment
  • Passionate about Customer Success with a strong desire to work in a client relationship/account management role responsible for long-term customer success
  • Strategic & analytical whilst being customer-centric in everything you do with a natural ability to build trusted relationships
  • At-ease working with a diverse range of customers, customer success tools and automation in a high-volume customer environment. You may be hold relationships with up to 80 customers in your portfolio.
  • Energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech start-up environment
