Enterprise Account Manager: DACH – Data/Customer Insight – London

The Role

Due to the heavy investment received, and the encouraging vision for the company within the UK market, a push within the Account Management team is required, opening up a few Enterprise Account Management for their DACH accounts. The Enterprise Account Manager: DACH will play a strategically important role, supporting and nurturing relationships with key global customers as well taking ownership of day-to-day processes and managing C-level stakeholders.

  • Leading day-to-day communications with key accounts, acting as the first line of support for any general, technical or account queries.
  • Participating in product/campaign optimisation projects in order to extract the best possible results for clients, and enable upsell opportunities.
  • Liaising effectively with all internal teams to best manage the client’s requests and expectations of post-sales service.
  • Keeping up to date with emerging technology and trends in the industry in order to best apply this knowledge when upselling.
  • Participating and sometimes leading product demonstrations, acting as a technical expert at all times.
  • Networking with C-Level contacts at major corporations to further grow and develop relationships.

The Candidate

The successful Enterprise Account Manager: DACH will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven in account management within AdTech or Digital Marketing Agency in the DACH region.
  • Must speak fluent German.
  • Digital marketing background with broad knowledge across the channels and an understanding of the landscape.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to persuade and confidently handle objections and resolve customer issues.
  • Highly analytical.
  • Proficient in MS office and Google products.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • High level of written and verbal communication.
  • Problem solver and independent thinker.
  • Able to work to manage multiple deadlines and multi-task.
  • Able to prioritise and manage time effectively.
