Customer Success Manager – SaaS Customer Experience Technology Vendor

The Company

An exciting Customer Experience Software Vendor with an envious enterprise customer list. Their leading Customer Experience Software platform is used by predominantly Fortune 500 companies.

The Role

  • Thanks to continued growth and success globally, a new opening has arisen for an experienced Customer Success Manager to join the dynamic UK team. The Customer Success Manager will play a key role in supporting enterprise customers across EMEA:
  • Be the assigned point of contact for key enterprise accounts across the UK & Europe
  • Relationship management: oversee the relationship and create trust with key customer stakeholders at C-level
  • Devise strategic global account plans
  • Identify ways to improve services and feedback product suggestions internally
  • Manage a select number of high value, strategically important accounts.

The Candidate

The successful Customer Success Manager will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong desire to work in a customer success/client relationship role responsible for long-term customer success
  • Good understanding of SaaS platforms – previous roles might include Account Manager; Relationship Manager; Partner Manager; Customer Success; Consulting; Client Services; Pre-Sales; Business Development
  • Strategic & consultative individual who is able to build trusted relationship, but also work collaboratively with customers
  • Previous experience working with enterprise customers
  • Experience working with any of the following solutions could be beneficial (but not essential): eCommerce; Web Analytics; Digital Marketing; Email Marketing; Marketing Automation; eCRM; Social CRM; Customer experience or customer communications
