Head of Customer Success – SaaS Vendor – London

The Company

An early-stage SaaS Social Media Marketing Platform with an exciting leadership team. With HQ in central London and a growing team of 50 employees, their innovative SaaS technology platform is creating a real buzz in the industry. Growing from strength to strength, they are now looking to recruit a superstar Head of Customer Success to the management team.

The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a ‘Head of’ or VP of Customer Success to grow and lead the dynamic Customer Success team. In this newly created role, the Head of Customer Success play a key management role in the business as they continue to scale rapidly in 2017. Core responsibilities will include:

  • Redefine the customer journey whilst increasing renewal rates and reducing churn across a wide range of customers
  • Team Leadership across a small team including Account Management, Client Services & Support (whilst initially a small team, expect the team to grow fast)
  • Bring a vision for the future of the team through providing direction & structure
  • Establish a blueprint for customer success through creating systems and processes to measure the effectiveness of customer success
  • Identify ways to improve services and feedback product suggestions internally

The Candidate

The Head of Customer Success will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • Previous team management experience of a customer success, client services or account management team in a SaaS environment.
  • Passionate about customer success: implementing new ideas and gaining buy-in from your colleagues across the business, you will bring a clear vision for the future of Customer Success
  • ‘At-ease’ working with a diverse range of enterprise customers, with proven success of ‘land and expand’ initiatives and growing a portfolio of accounts
  • A keen interest in the marketing technology industry: experience of social media technology, insights & analytics or cognitive computing would be particularly relevant
  • Energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech start-up environment
