The Company

An exciting pre-IPO SaaS Technology Vendor with an inspirational leadership team and strong financial backing. Having recently secured a new round of funding, this organisation is on a rapid growth trajectory and going from strength to strength. Their pioneering SaaS technology platform is used by an ever-expanding global list of mid-market & enterprise customers.

The Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Customer Success Manager to work closely with the Director of Customer Success to lead and scale customer success operations. The Senior Customer Success Manager is a key role in the business, responsible for maximising customer retention and success while also driving further revenues in the existing customer base:

  • Full responsibility for a portfolio of c.£1m of business comprised of predominantly high-value enterprise accounts
  • Commercial responsibility for annual customer renewals, at-ease leading complex renewals
  • Relationship management: oversee the relationship and create trust with key customer stakeholders at C-level through providing strategic value-add solutions
  • Review meetings, creating roadmaps and strategy review
  • Identify ways to improve services and feedback product suggestions internally


The Senior Customer Success Manager will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer success, client success or strategic account management role in a SaaS environment
  • Passionate about Customer Success: strategic & analytical whilst being customer-centric in everything you do. Implementing new ideas and gaining buy-in from your colleagues across the business, you will bring a clear vision for the future of Customer Success
  • Proven experience operating at a senior level within a portfolio of large enterprise accounts
  • Energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech start-up environment
