The Company

An exciting London-based Enterprise Software Start-Up with an inspirational leadership team. Their pioneering SaaS technology platform enables B2B collaboration and increased productivity across large organisations. Having already onboarded a number of Major Global Brands as customers, the business is growing from strength to strength and is now looking to add another superstar to the dynamic Customer Success/Implementation team.

The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the team at an early stage in their growth. As a Customer Success & Delivery Implementation Lead who can guide Enterprise customers through the implementation process, you will build long-lasting senior level relationships through your consultative and strategic approach:

  • Take the lead role with your customer portfolio, owning the operational aspects of onboarding & projects
  • Be an evangelist for Customer Success and ultimately deliver successful customer outcomes that delight
  • Scope project engagements and complete SOWs
  • Manage project financials and schedules, facilitate migration & training and assist in the development of methodology
  • Get up to speed with core platform functionalities and be prepared to jump in/be hands on as appropriate
  • Enthusiasm, professionalism and confidence while driving projects to completion

The Candidate

The successful Project Manager/Implementation Lead will understand that the customer is at the heart of everything they do and will most likely bring the following skills & experience to the role:

  • Proven experience in a similar role as part of a high-performing professional services, technical consulting, project management, solution consulting or implementation team with a SaaS Vendor, Partner or Consultancy
  • Track record of consistently exceeding expectations in managing programmes, projects, deadlines & scope for Enterprise Software that leads to wide-scale business transformation with Tier 1/Enterprise customers
  • Strong technical understanding of enterprise software platforms and deployment models in order to hold high-level conversations with key stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate and build relationships at Global Enterprise Customers; experience of Procurement or ERP technologies would be very beneficial
  • Happy to wear many hats at times, such as assisting in pre-sales activities, demos, best practice sharing, etc
  • Energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech start-up environment
