The Company

An exciting pre-IPO SaaS Marketing Technology Vendor with an inspirational leadership team and strong financial backing. Already recognised as an Industry Leader in their space, this organisation is growing from strength to strength having recently raised a significant round of VC funding. Their pioneering SaaS technology platform is used by an ever-expanding global list of customers in the retail eCommerce industry.

The Role

Thanks to continued growth and success, a new opening has arisen for a superstar Sales Operations Manager with a specific mandate to drive process change to improve retention of SaaS contracts:

As a key member of the Customer Success team responsible for renewals & client retention, responsibilities will include:

  • Own improvements to the renewals process to reduce churn and improve customer retention
  • Identify potential risks and create processes to manage this
  • Work across business functions to enable customers to receive world class customer experience
  • Translate data findings into business cases, strategies and best practices for improving retention rates
  • Partner with sales operations & enablement to define training & enablement collateral to support retention initiatives
  • Be an advocate for the NPS process


The successful Renewals Operations Manager will most likely bring the following skills and experience to the role:

  • Previous experience excelling in a similar role as part of a Sales Operations or Customer Success team in a SaaS Vendor – it is essential that you have specific knowledge of the renewals/retention lifecyle in a SaaS environment
  • Expert understanding of SaaS metrics, multi-year sales cycles, renewals & client retention
  • Proven track record delivering high-impact projects across business functions
  • Highly analytical individual with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet critical deadlines in a high pressure environment whilst maintaining a sense of humour!
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global organisation preferred
