The Client

My client is a travel brand that specialises in all inclusive holidays. Founded over 50 years ago my client is one of the biggest names in the industry.

The Role

Their London-based UK team is currently looking for a Sales and Customer Services Manager to develop UK growth, by providing an interactive and enhanced customer journey and converting Direct & Indirect traffic into sales.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop both direct and indirect sales
  • Increase sales and sales support teams’ productivity within a digital transformation change
  • Set a yearly action plan, budget and targets based on company’s strategy and guidelines
  • Manage sales, sales support and customer service teams (around 15 people)

  • A client oriented person, who knows how to deal with objections
  • An enthusiastic team player
