Senior Consultant – Social Customer Experience SaaS – Switzerland

The Company

The Role

They are looking for an experience professional in technical solutions, someone who can act as an evangelist for the product, working closely with new and existing clientele on projects involving the platform.

You will be working closely with top enterprise clients on project requirements, process standardization, creation of RFP’s and designing project roadmaps. An extremely exciting opportunity to work strategically with these accounts and closely on technical requirements. This is a role to ensure that all customers initial and ongoing needs are fully serviced and met with the greatest customer satisfaction.

  • Discovery of client requirements, establishing success criteria for implementations.
  • Design and configuration of the solutions, so that all client expectations are met to the highest quality and functionality is fulfilled.
  • Training of all client users, making sure they are educated properly about the platform and its complexity.
  • Make sure all clients are receiving the very best return of investment from the implementation process.
  • Support od Service Managers/Directors to ensure client service is high, relating to platform performance, functionality and configuration.
  • Maintain accurate, and timely documentation of implementation steps for internal and external partners.

The Candidate

The successful Implementation Consultant will most likely bring the following skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise software deployment management/implementation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong technical knowledge of web technologies.
  • Passion for SaaS solutions, especially within the social/customer engagement space.
  • Ability to work within a team, to strict deadlines and juggle several assignments.
