The Role

In line with their rapid growth strategy, an amazing opportunity has arisen to launch the business in Spain as ‘first-person-on-the-ground’. As a key future market for the business, the Country Manager will have overall responsibility for the revenue and development of the region:

  • Lead sales and business development in the region with individual responsibility for closing new business and developing key commercial relationships
  • Define the territory strategy and growth plan; overall responsibility for operations including focusing on customer success and retention
  • Recruit and build an awesome team including sales, customer success and services
  • Actively support and provide leadership for company initiatives

The Country Manager brings a start-up mindset, and will naturally thrive in a high-growth and fluid tech environment:

  • Proven experience of over-achievement in a leadership or senior sales role such as Country Manager, General Manager, VP Sales or Sales Director
  • Success in launching and scaling a business from the ground up in a new territory would be very interesting
  • Experience selling a SaaS platform to marketeers or selling any of the following solutions preferred: Marketing Automation; Email Marketing; eCommerce; Web Analytics; Digital Marketing; Personalisation; AI Marketing; Social Media Management
  • A natural leader who will inspire your team
  • Energetic and highly-motivated individual with a strong desire to work in a dynamic tech start-up environment
