Director of Inside Sales EMEA – IoT
My client is a US based global service provider of integrated global connectivity and managed IoT & M2M solutions. They are investing into the expansion of their European offering and are seeking a Director of Inside Sales to join the team in the UK office in West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for looking to join a high-growth IoT business where they can influence the sales strategy, in addition to leading and growing a team of Account Managers across Europe.
- Manage a set of strategic customer accounts, helping them in the growth of their business.
- Contribute to establishing the business as a global leader in IoT & M2M.
- Manage a team of Inside Sales professionals, and contribute to the growing this team across Europe.
- Ensure all customers technical and commercial requirements are known to the business and handled appropriately.
- Develop and execute a sales plan to maximise potential of all service offerings.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop a world-class lead generation programme.
Experience & Competences required
- Strong phone presence, with the ability to succinctly summarise a product to potential customers in addition to identifying decision-makers.
- Background of working with wireless/connectivity solutions, preferably within IoT market.
- Team management experience of sales professionals preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of managing sales-cycles lasting at least 2-3 months, with a consultative and methodical approach to sales.
- Prior experience in Inside Sales.
- Familiarity with Marketing Automation software preferred.
- Drive to create and lead a motivated and high-energy team of Inside Sales professionals.
Salary: £60,000 – £80,000 basic + 20% bonus + benefits
