City of London Permanent £50000.00 - £60000.00 per annum

Account Executive – Content Marketing – London

The Company

The industry pioneer behind Content Performance Marketing, my client has thoroughly redefined the concept of search engine optimization by developing an award-winning platform that precisely measures and optimizes marketing content across online channels. Their cloud-based platform is powered by big data analysis that allows our customers to plan, optimize, and measure campaigns based on real-time content performance. These guys are the runaway leaders in this market, which shows in the company’s growth. They grew by over 170% last year globally!

The Role

My client is continuing to scale a world-class Sales Team to take advantage of the demand for their amazing product. This role will be based from their stylish office in Central London, and placed within their over-achieving Account Executive team in the UK. The candidate would not need to generate any of their own leads, as they have a specialist lead generation team who provide an excellent return on leads. The current ratio is ridiculous at 93% of leads are converted into sales!

  • Run web-based demonstrations of the BrightEdge SaaS platform to close new business logos.
  • Deliver Demos Effectively: Quarterback and solution-sell a high volume of demos.
  • Operate on monthly goals/customer based activities and meet a monthly sales quota.
  • Qualify opportunities and develop a strong pipeline of new customers.
  • Accurately log sales activity in Salesforce.com (SFDC).
  • Work with the demand generation team to establish strong qualification criteria.
  • Provide customer and prospect feedback to both marketing and product teams.
  • Adopt a proven sales technique.

The Candidate

The successful Account Executive will possess the following skills and experience:

  • 2-4 years proven SaaS sales experience.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree is required.
  • Lead generation experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience working in a process driven environment with a strong background in working to targets and monthly quotas.
  • Must have experience in a quota carrying position (MRR Preferred).
  • SFDC experience strongly preferred.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity, please send a copy of your CV to cknights@welovesalt.com in the first instance.
