The Company

An exciting Global Marketing Technology Vendor with an inspirational leadership team. Their pioneering Social Media Management & Social Customer Experience Platform is recognised as a Leader. Pre-IPO and with exceptional VC backing, the SaaS platform is used by an exciting and diverse customer base across multiple industry sectors worldwide. The business continues to grow from strength to strength and is now looking for an ambitious Sales Operations Manager to lead this function in EMEA.

The Role

Having undergone significant growth in headcount and customer base across new territories globally, an opportunity has arisen for a superstar Sales Operations professional to work closely with the EMEA Sales Management team.

Joining the team at a critical stage in their growth, the Sales Operations Manager is a fantastic opportunity to build and develop a new deal support and operations function in EMEA. Working across multiple business functions, this role requires and individual who is customer-focused, detail-orientated, strategic and someone who can adapt quickly to changes in an agile environment.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Partner with Order Operations, Legal & Finance to manage and drive the deal review and approval process while supporting sales with guidance on deal structures & guidelines and maintaining deal structure templates
  • Identify process improvements, automate and integrate workflows in Salesforce, playing a key role in roll outs of new processes
  • Run reports and own dashboards for key metrics
  • Continuous improvement of reporting tools


The ideal Sales Operations Manager will bring broad experience across the whole sales operations lifecycle from deal support to customer contracts to sales reporting metrics to order administration:

  • Previous experience excelling in a similar role in Sales Operations or Deal Desk in a SaaS organisation
  • It goes without saying that you will be an expert Salesforce user
  • Experience and expertise in contract negotiations and deal construction
  • Highly analytical individual with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet critical deadlines in a high pressure environment whilst maintaining a sense of humour!
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global organisation preferred
