Sales Executive – Brand Engagement Platform (SaaS) – London

The Company

A global Brand Engagement Platform, steeped in history from the 1900’s is looking to rapidly expand in emerging markets of the world, like Dubai, South East Asia and Africa. These guys work with leading, world-wide brands on providing the best quality solutions to allow them to engage with their customers, from social influences through to audience and community tools. Their platform ties together data insights with real human influence, to support the world’s leading brands in their pursuit of growing market share, and expanding brand awareness.

The Role

The successful Sales Executive for this role, would be tasked on leveraging the platform within emerging markets, working closely with the EMEA team to grow and establish a strong pipeline within select regions within the market model.

  • Identify, open and close deals through management of own pipeline.
  • Work closely with the BDR to successfully develop, nurture and close new business pipeline.
  • Be an advocate for the clients vision on Brand Engagement and Visual Marketing, by taking it to emerging markets.
  • Work with clients on a consultative level.
  • Manage a sales cycle of 2-4 months, through a consultative approach, providing the best possible solution for clients.
  • Successfully prospecting and working with eCommerce leaders, marketing Directors, SVP’s and CMO’s.
  • Work closely with local business partners to increase brand awareness in select markets.
  • Demo solution as well as providing in depth analysis on ROI for clients.

The Candidate

The successful Sales Executive will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Strong SaaS and digital B2B sales background.
  • A valued team member, who upholds the company values and professional integrity at all times.
  • Experience of closing software deals in emerging markets such as Middle East or Africa.
  • Proven closers. You will need to have a willingness to close deals in tough markets.
  • Experience of selling to various sized accounts with a focus on managing high volume new business relationships and a successful track record of converting that business.
  • Proven track record of revenue delivered, pipeline generation, developing new opportunities and managing sales pipelines – in a start-up environment.
  • Highly organised demonstrating superb time management skills.
  • Availability for travel as needed.
