The Company

An exciting pre-IPO SaaS Marketing Technology Vendor with an inspirational leadership team and strong financial backing. Already recognised as an Industry Leader in their space, this organisation is growing from strength to strength having recently raised a significant round of VC funding. Their pioneering SaaS technology platform is used by an ever-expanding global list of customers in the retail eCommerce industry.

The Role

Thanks to continued growth and success, an opening has arisen for a superstar Senior Sales Operations Manager to join the team in a critical role working across sales operations, sales optimisation & sales planning. In this strategic role, the Sales Operations Manager will develop and implement strategies to bring a strategic vision to the business whilst identifying new and innovative approaches to sales operations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • As a key member of Sales Operations & Enablement, partner with sales leadership to drive improvements in processes across the sales organisation
  • Lead change programs across sales tools & processes, the first of which will be a CPQ tool
  • Own high-priority projects such as territory optimisation, forecast modelling & strategic planning
  • Partner with Global Sales Leadership and take a lead role in strategic projects improving account management, CPQ and commercial effectiveness

The Candidate

The successful Senior Manager Sales Operations will bring the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience excelling in a similar role at Manager level as part of a dynamic Sales Team in a SaaS environment
  • Experience working in head office or for an autonomous region where you have driven multiple high impact initiatives in a high-growth environment (not just replicated existing processes)
  • Understanding of the SaaS model and sales cycles required
  • Highly strategic individual with superior problem solving skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and meet critical deadlines in a high pressure environment whilst maintaining a sense of humour!
  • Experience working in a fast-paced global organisation preferred
