Strategic Partnerships Manager – Leading SaaS Vendor – London

The Company

An exciting Global Marketing Technology Vendor with an inspirational leadership team. Their pioneering Social Media Management & Social Customer Experience Platform is recognised as a Leader. Pre-IPO and with exceptional VC backing, the SaaS platform is used by an exciting and diverse customer base across multiple industry sectors worldwide. The business continues to grow from strength to strength and is now looking to add another superstar to the dynamic team in London.

The Role

In line with continued business growth, a newly created opportunity has arisen in their London office for a Partnerships Development Manager to work on strategic initiatives across EMEA that will enable the business to grow faster. As a natural relationship builder with strong research and analytical skills, you’ll also love the technology industry and keep pace with SaaS trends.

Engaging in exciting new partnerships across the SaaS ecosystem from startups to Tier 1 players, key responsibilities will include:

  • Identify & pursue strategic partnerships & investment opportunities, taking a key role is assisting negotiations, due diligence and post-acquisition integration
  • Engage cross-functionally across the business to evaluate partner products and develop the platform ecosystem
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of partnerships and M&A opportunities through business development
  • Collaborate effectively and build trusted relationships across the business to educate teams on technology trends

You are in tune with the key players of our industry and have a passion for social media and the broader marketing technology space. Through grit and humility, you bring strong quantitative skills, strategic thinking and sound business judgement, along with the ability to think about what is — and what could be.


  • Switched on and naturally inquisitive, you are passionate about the technology industry, in particular SaaS technologies and high-growth organisations
  • Previous experience of B2B partnerships would be very beneficial, previous roles may include: Business Development, Corporate Development, Partnerships, Channel, Alliances or Consulting
  • A good understanding of the Marketing Technology ecosystem as well as being able to think big and spot wider opportunities across the SaaS industry
  • Strong understanding of SaaS models & metrics
  • A natural ability to spot & analyse partnership opportunities, recognising short and long term value
  • Enthusiasm, professionalism and naturally happy to wear multiple hats as part of a growing business
