VP Sales EMEA

Salt are working exclusively on a very exciting mandate for a VP Sales EMEA position.

Our client are on a mission to eliminate fraud within the world of ecommerce with a backing of $100m. Since 2013, they have been innovating fraud detection technology through machine learning combined with advanced cyber intelligence with behavioural and identity analysis. They have since grown to 200 people in locations in the UK, USA, Singapore and Israel.

The role will involve overseeing a team of initially 7 across the UK and Israel. This will be a team of Sales Development Representatives, an SDR Manager and Enterprise Sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Commit to and deliver on aggressive sales growth targets
  • Inspire, lead and motivate the sales team to build and grow their territories
  • Accurate monthly forecasting of orders and revenue
  • Attract, retain and develop the best talent in the industry
  • Develop effective demand creation strategies working with Marketing and SDR teams
  • Work closely with the rest of the organisation to provide input into the product road map and to optimise marketing activities
  • Reporting to the CRO

Requirements:

  • Excellent skills in leading new business development teams of at least 15-20
  • Experience from a SaaS company, with the management of direct sales, SDR, and channel sales teams
  • Must have worked in similar digital marketing solutions, with a track record of delivering revenues of £3M to £20m
  • Comfortable working in a high-pressure environment to deliver results
  • Superb negotiation skills and experience in managing sales cycle
  • Demonstrable experience of building and managing executive level relationships both internally and externally
