Digital Campaign Project Manager Global Leading Agency, Digital Campaign

This is an exciting opportunity for a mid level Digital Project Manager to work for a leading international design and production agency; that help improve FTSE100 brand strategies based on their in-depth understanding of their client’s reputation public image and strategic long term goals.

THE ROLE

Our client is seeking a mid level Digital Project manager with around 6-12 months experience in a similar industry. You will be working under the direction the Senior Project Manager and busy production team supporting producers and designers by ensuring that the right requirements specifications, briefs and timings are documented and shared with the team. You will be a key member to this team and by carrying out this role diligently you will in turn be supported and trained by your Senior Project Manager and team wherever possible.

  • You will be a pivotal point of contact for local Clients and Stakeholders during the full lifecycle of the campaign keeping them updated on project status’s and any potential risk’s or issues
  • You will be responsible for certain areas of the planning and scheduling campaign production ensuring that the correct use of all company resources is utilised
  • To be pro-active and plan production work according to required delivery dates and requirements
  • Taking full brief requirements in the form of media schedules, ensuring that feedback is brought back to the media agency and clarifying any unclear requirements
  • Booking jobs in on the client management database, updating statuses and costs along the process and invoicing when job is completed
  • QA of all produced material against guidelines and checklists

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

  • IT literate
  • Excellent planning and organising skills; ability to plan for all eventualities
  • Ability to think outside the box and provide solutions to regularly occurring production and process issues
  • Ability to juggle numerous tasks at once and deliver all effectively
  • Ability to delegate work to achieve the best results

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate will receive a salary between £30,000-£38,000 basic
