Lead Business Analyst- Contract- London- £600-700.00 per day.

You will be working with experts across payments, technology, consumer and financial services, supported by a world-class network of partners. Responsibilities:
- Build and lead a team of BAs, though you still love/expect to drive outcomes directly.

- Work closely with Product and Design in creation and prioritisation of Epics and
- User Stories with specific, measurable and attainable acceptance criteria Leverages
- data, insight, and internal SME’s to help guide your thinking
- Escalation and acceptance of risks and issues
- Reviewing incoming business requirements and help identify gaps and ambiguity
- Leading workshops with business stakeholders and working alongside our delivery partners in estimating and shipping work
What they are looking for:
- You have experience working as a Business Analyst in an Agile environment
- The ideal state is that you come from a retail financial services (merchant acquiring)
- background
- Don’t have the above? No dramas, but we do expect at a minimum that you have
- 2-3 years payments experience and you deeply understand the mechanics of settlements,
- Direct Debits, and Payment lifecycles
- Exposure to CRM or Forex would be helpful but not required
- Working directly with the Development Leads and help detail the technical aspects
- of the business requirements.
- Provide functional/SME support to Solution Design team to technically translate
- the requirements into technical design
- You have experience working with either relational or distributed databases.
- While not core, being able to comprehend data models is beneficial
- 2-3 years Agile, LEAN, or SCRUM. Strong desire to continue that journey with
- your next role. If we ask you to help build a story map, your eyes don’t glaze over
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills.
- Comfortable with Trello, Jira, and Slack
