Senior Business Application (Oracle Sales Cloud)


Greater London Permanent £60000 - £70000 per annum + Excellent Benefits



  • Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) from a top flight university, ideally with honours;
  • Minimum of 3 A-C grades at A-Level or equivalent;
  • Minimum of B grade in GCSE Maths or equivalent;
  • CRM domain expertise in Oracle Sales Cloud or alternatively other technologies such as Siebel, Salesforce, CRM on Demand and willing to retrain.


  • Demonstrable experience of successfully assisting in managing a project end-to-end preferably in a consultancy setting;
  • Familiar with the nuances of managing a technical team;
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Senior role;
  • Experience of configuring commercial off-the-shelf applications;
  • Experience in the Sales Force Automation process area;
  • Experience with Marketing Automation is desirable;
  • Experience with Oracle Business Process Manager and Oracle Business Intelligence is desirable;
  • Java (+Oracle ADF) and Groovy experience is desirable.


  • Proficient in a programming language;
  • Able to learn quickly from both training and on the job experience, identifying patterns and adapting solutions to fit different situations;
  • Offers exceptional communication and presentation skills at all levels, adapting methods to suit audience with a keen awareness of how one’s own body language and tone is perceived by others;
  • Able to analyse and translate complex concepts into a format which is accessible to all, using a variety of media to ensure understanding;
  • Has confident writing skills with the ability to produce reports, letters and analyses to consistently high standards;
  • Able to respond to verbal challenges in a reasoned and thoughtful manner;
  • Helps to build team spirit and works effectively within a team, leading by example as needed;
  • Has ability to work on own initiative and maintain own motivation;
  • Able to visualise complex concepts and create effective real world solutions from them;
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills;
  • Skilled in configuring CRM COTS applications to meet business needs.

  • Is resilient in seeing a project through to the end and motivating others to do the same;
